THE ABOVE PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

 

• A 3 hour photo shoot.  This is an indoor shoot.  If you want outdoor photos, this can be discussed on an individual basis.

 

• You may bring 5 changes of clothing.  Some suggestions include smart casual, corporate, street/funky and some swimwear if required.  If you want lingerie shots please advise in advance.

 

• A customised printed CD (with your photo printed on the outside).  This CD will include 20 high-resolution photos (at least 780kb) that you can print at your own cost.  Also included is a client card as below.

• These 20 photos will be Photoshop enhanced and will include processes like flawless skin correction, removal of any blemishes and spots, colour correction/change and lighting improvement, ready for high-resolution printing.

 

• You will receive all the additional photos on disk (at a very low resolution).  If you would like to have these corrected or changed in Photoshop, the cost is an additional $50.00 incl gst per photo.

 

• A stylist and make up artist can be arranged (if required) at an additional cost of $80.00 incl gst.

PREPARATION:

 

• Complete the Booking Form

 

• Pay the deposit - cash, cheques, direct debit accepted.

 

• Ensure your hair is clean and you have done the necessary preparation to your face in advance.

 

• Make sure all your clothes are clean and pressed.

 

• Get plenty of sleep and minimise alcohol consumption.

 

• Wax and shave the day before so there is no rash on the day of your shoot.

 

• The day of the shoot - wear loose clothing to avoid pressure marks on the skin.

 

• Remember - it's your day, enjoy the experience.

 

• Allow some extra time if required.

 

 

All reservations require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to secure a booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All photo shoots are subject to GVP's cancellation policy.  Bookings cancelled outside seven days prior to the shoot date are entitled to a refund of all fees paid less their deposit ($100.00).  For failure to attend or where bookings are cancelled with less than seven days of notice, there will be no refund of fees and all outstanding fees must be paid in full.  I reserve the right to cancel or postpone photo shoots and in the event of a cancellation for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid including the deposit ($100.00).  I will inform you of alternative arrangements for postponed photo shoots.
